rest in peace baby girl

this morning, after a really hard week and a difficult decision, my dog isabelle was put to sleep.

it was a completely heartbreaking decision, but I know she was in pain and this was the right thing to do.

words can't even express how much my heart is hearing.  i've had her since i was five, so a huge piece of my life is gone.  i'm so happy i went home last weekend to say goodbye to her.  

baby girl, thank you for being my best friend the last 14 years.

i'm sure doggie heaven has a massively large yard for you to run and play, with tons of bacon and chocolate chip cookies for you to eat whenever you want.

i'm sure you're loving playing with your doggie friends and i know grandpa and ev are gonna visit you all the time.
