it's saturday, i know.
yesterday was such a crazy hectic day at work.
HUGE waves and strong rip currents gave me my first save!
9 other people needed to be helped out of the water by the other guards I work with.
plus, we did a ton of training in the currents to get us used to it.
needless to say I fell asleep at 9 last night and slept until 10 this morning!
it was a much needed good nights sleep!
here's this weeks fill in the blank friday!
. My favorite thing about this week has been bonding with the people I work with, getting free pizza for lunch at work from the sweetest old man who bought it for all of us, watching the kiddos I coach win not one but both of their swim meets and having my best friend come home from South Africa a week early! .
2. The weather this week has been Very hot. it's been between 90 and 105 degrees all week.
3. The last (interesting) item I received in the mail was my bleubird vintage dress I ordered! I won a $50 gift certificate on twitter a few months ago and found the perfect dress! pictures to come! .
4. The last movie I saw was It's complicated. Such a funny movie and the ending was really sweet too! .
5. If I could be doing anything I felt like today I would spend the entire day listening to my one record, order some new records, take a bubble bath, talk on the phone with my best friend, make some sorbet, and relax. since it's going to rain all day AND i have off from work, that's exactly what i plan on doing :) .
6. As a teenager I was (still am) forgiving {too forgiving}, loyal, athletic, artsy, a free spirit, and really really wanting her driver's license! .
7. I wish I could trade lives for the day with a dolphin. just for one day, i'd love to swim freely! .
