The 10,000 Trees Project

Dscn3890world_large
I found the 10,000 Trees Project recently and I was so inspired with it that I had to share it.
Sarah Ginsburg, one of the founders of the project, is a senior at Emerson College.
Sarah Berkovich is a recent college graduate.
It all started 10 years ago when Sarah B's grandfather, Victor, purchased a plot of land and started planting trees.
He is 85 years old, and is embracing life to prepare to plant his 10,000th tree.
Both Sarah's are planning to create a documentary and need our help.
They need to raise $5,000 to fund the project in the next 24 days.  They are more then half way there!

This story is so inspiring.  As it says on their website, "10,000 Trees makes us ask ourselves what we aim to grow in this lifetime and it’s Victor who gently teaches us that it’s never too late to begin."

It's such an amazing story, one that started with a single man's goal to create a better world, and ended up become the passion of two young girls.

Watch the video to see for yourself

 Amazing right?
Truly a reminder to follow our dreams.

P.S I posted a GIVEAWAY earlier today:)
