Let Get Laughter Way Out of Yourself

{here}

Let get laughter way out of yourself
Make the happy sound awake
Laughter magic and enchanting
Don't sustain it in your soul
Let yourself go into joy
May it help forever
People from wherever
Getting circled together
Laughter can be a kind of help
A worthy enemy to distress
Rise this laughter so dear
To be heard by human ears
Make it go on around the world
Little chuckles happy giggles
So many ways of laughing
Don't fear the others comment
Let laughter way out of yourself
Be assured laughter is magic
Open your heart to this very
Very special kind of sound
Let get laughter way out of yourself
Make the happy sound awake

Mencita (Carmen) Monoi Angel

I love this poem because it reminds me to always
be positive, and to never leave laughter in too long.
Laughter has more power then any of us give it.  It
can change anyone's day simply because it makes us
happy!

-----------

Today was my first day of a 6 day break.
I have big plans to do a little yoga, take some photos, bake a little something something, and hang out with some good friends.  I only have one swim meet to go to, and on Saturday I'm going to NYC for shopping and dinner.
But first, I have to get over this terrible stomach flu that I contracted.  I slept maybe 4 hours last night, as I spent most of the night throwing up.
Luckily, I'm feeling a bit better now and my fever's breaking, so I'm hoping the worst is gone.

On a different note, thank you for your kind comments about my friend's dad.  I found out today that another friend's dad passed away after a long battle with cancer today.  It's a sad week, so if you would continue to keep both families in your prayers, I would appreciate it.

I'm off to continue on my lovely diet of ginger ale.
Have a good night! xo
