Bits of My Weekend.

this weekend really was lovely and amazing.

last night I went to new york for the night with my amazing friends.

we ate dinner at the wonderful Spice Market in the Meat Packing District

it was absolutely unbelievable.  i had an avocado and radish salad as well as pad thai flavored silken tofu with a side of coconut sticky rice.  yum!

then we headed off to Little Italy for Cannolis and Cappuccinos

it was all decorated for the holidays : )

Madonna plays a huge part in our lives.

today i had a ton of work to catch up on.  i still need to finish a lab and study for a test before the American Music Awards are on at 8!

and tomorrow i'm going to see the surgeon for the first time since the surgery three weeks ago!  i honestly can not believe it has been that long.  in the beginning i did not think i was ever going to feel better and pain-free again, but last night i walked through the city in my silver heels and had a blast!

and pain free : )

well... not pain free.  walking in heels in the city is painful!
